I help clients heal complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship wounds through a psychodynamic approach integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Together we process core emotions, repair protective parts, and build safety, resilience, and deeper self-connection.

*You MUST be seeing a clinician or in therapy, as consultation with providers will occur. Additionally various assessments and at least a one hour 1-1 with me discussing your needs is expected.
